made redundant and being given (very!) early retirement, I had the opportunity
to do nothing or a job I enjoyed.
I successfully did nothing for a few months, but boredom crept in.
I had homebrewed since my twenties and for years had thought about a microbrewery.
In 2002 I started looking for premises and finally got lucky with a local farm that was converting a barn for light industrial use.
Did I make the right move?
